If you've measured and installed yourself, we don't guarantee a perfect fit. But don't worry! We'll make you an identical replacement in the correct dimensions, and we'll credit you 50% of your original product purchase price toward the replacement product (not combinable with any promotions). You must let us know within 15 days of order receipt and you must return the incorrect product. You are responsible for the shipping cost for both the replacement and the original product.

REFUND POLICY?

Our custom window curtains are expressly and uniquely manufactured to your exact specifications and preferences. As such, they have no value to any other customer and refunds cannot be offered.

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

We have one of our design specialist work with you to create your dream curtains (through an entirely online/on call process). After you've worked out your design and colors, we construct a quote for you. For the order to go into production you will have to pay 50% of the order total (non-refundable). Manufacturing takes 2-3 business days and once it is done, we will virtually show you the results through pictures and videos. If you give us a go then we can move your order to order completion. From there you will pay the remaining balance and your order will be shipped out. Delivery takes 4-5 business days

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping cost will be covered by us no matter what (not applicable for exchanges/or changes after order has been shipped). We ship with DHL Express and delivery will take 4-6 business days.

1. Measure Width: Measure from one end to the other end from the outside.

2. Measure Height: The height will be exactly half of the width.

1. Measure Width: Measure the outside width of the area you wish to cover. We recommend adding overlap to ensure material will cover your opening completely.

2. Measure Height: Measure the height of the area you wish to cover. This may be from the top to bottom of the window. OR it may be from the top of the window to the floor.

1. Measure Width: You will have to provide us with 3 different widths in total. Left wall, middle wall, and right wall. Install the poles as shown in the diagram. Then measure the width of each pole to ensure the exact measurement.

2. Measure Height: Measure the height of the area you wish to cover. This may be from the top to bottom of the window. OR it may be from the top of the window to the floor.
