The Program Director is a key position in the growth and development of our martial arts community.

To our students, you are the first point of contact for new families beginning their journey in the martial arts.You will guide them through their initial lesson, share your passion for the martial arts and demonstrate the benefits of the program. You’ll be a consistent and  active part of their martial arts experience.

To the community, you will be an ambassador reaching out to schools, daycares, businesses and events to create connections and build relationships that allow us to provide services in conjunction with their goals.

To our  team, you will be vital to the success of young leaders, to maintaining the high standards of our program, and to contributing to our goal of constant and never ending improvement. 

• Use our student acquisition system to generate leads, schedule lessons, teach introductory classes, and finalize membership enrollment.

• Communicating with members to assure their goals are being met.

• Respond to text, emails and phone calls throughout the day (8am to 9pm)

• Present available services and products to members.

• Establish and maintain connections with local businesses.

• Organize and/or coordinate special events to promote our program.

• Local travel will be required

• Attend morning meetings (in-person and remotely) and be an on-site presence during regular class times. Participate in special events and activities.

• Actively training in or Action Karate Martial Arts program.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email. Prefer if you are fluent in Spanish as well!

• Ability to memorize multiple scripts.

• The ability to follow systems.

• Must have proficient computer skills and be familiar with using Social Media. 

• Have a passion for the benefits of martial arts training, and be excited for the opportunity to develop your martial arts skills and knowledge through our program..

• Be comfortable presenting training material to groups of all sizes.

• Experience with helping children ages 2 and up.

• Criminal background check and child abuse history clearance required.

Full Time

Salary:

$18 per hour, increased to $20 per hour after successfully testing on required scripts
