• -the art work will be in my style as showed before. 

• - 50% of the full payment is required after i sent you the first draft of the work and the final artwork's download link will be sent to you after you send me the remaining 50%.

• - no refunds after we agreed on the sketch.

• - the final product; including the sketches that has been sent during the reviews are for your PERSONAL USE ONLY!!!!! unless agreed otherwise. 

• - commission's may take up to six weeks to complete 

• -200% of the full payment is required if you want me to prioritize your commission. 

• - faster replies = faster results so check your email/messages frequently. 

• - you can print and post the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself (remember to credit it back to me.)

• - you may not make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, making prints, etc ;unless agreed otherwise. for the full ownership of the commission , price would be the original cost x2.)

• - all commissions may be posted on my social medias, please let me know if you want me to keep it private.

• - i have the right to reject any commission i do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

• _a fee will be added if you want major changes on the final drawing. 

• - removing my signature from my artwork is strictly prohibited.

• - using my art work to train/feed an Al is strictly prohibited.

• free changes and revisions are allowed up to 3 times, please list off all your changes in a batch instead of one by one. no major changes after we've agreed on the sketch.

• -for the full ownership of the commission , price would be the original cost x2.

• -you can use the commissioned work as your profile picture on social media, in streams and videos, social media banners, etc ; without having to purchase the commercial rights.

• -you are required to Purchas the commercial uses such as selling prints of the work, using it on merch , etc .

note: for character design commissions , it's required to purchase the commercial rights , if the likeness of the character is to be used in merch , prints , etc .

- all payments will be done via paypal
