ABOUT ME

Ashutosh Kumar Sinha is pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Patna under the supervision of Dr. Rahul Mishra. He holds an M.Tech degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Cyber Security. His academic and research interests span the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning (ML), and embedded intelligence, strongly focusing on building secure and efficient real-time systems.

Ashutosh's current research explores the integration of ML and computer vision in wireless environments, addressing challenges in intelligent sensing, posture recognition, and drone data processing. With a growing emphasis on edge computation and energy-aware AI, he is particularly interested in TinyML, which involves deploying lightweight machine learning models on resource-constrained edge devices. He aims to bring intelligence closer to the data source, enabling low-latency and privacy-aware applications for smart infrastructure and autonomous systems.

In parallel with his research, he is engaged in mentoring students in drone data analytics and real-world machine learning projects. Through his work, Ashutosh aims to contribute to the development of scalable, sustainable, and secure AI-driven systems tailored for the edge.
