My work

Attended a workshop on problem statement identification towards innovation and start-up

I participated in a workshop focused on identifying problem statements that are crucial for fostering innovation and launching startups. The workshop was led by Manoj Kumar Bada Ghar Wala, who is known for his expertise in entrepreneurship and innovation. During the workshop, we learned various techniques and methodologies for identifying pressing problems that have the potential to be solved through innovative solutions. We explored real-world examples and case studies to understand how identifying the right problem statement is the first step towards creating impactful innovations and successful startups. The workshop provided valuable insights and practical knowledge that can be applied in developing innovative solutions to address pressing challenges in various fields

 Participation in Robotica 24 Ideathon

I had the privilege of participating in the Robotica 24 Ideathon, an event sponsored by Robokalam and organized by the Robotics Club and Institute's Innovation Council at Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology (GCET). During the Ideathon, I collaborated with fellow participants to ideate and develop innovative solutions to promote clean energy generation. Under the guidance of Chairman Shri GR Ravender Reddy and convenor Dr. B Nagamani, we conceptualized and presented our ideas to a panel of judges.                                                                                                                                                                                                      Our team's solution focused on harnessing renewable energy sources to address the challenges of clean energy generation. Through brainstorming sessions, prototyping, and teamwork, we developed a concept to efficiently generate renewable energy. Participating in Robotica 24 was a rewarding experience that allowed me to apply my knowledge and skills while contributing to the global effort towards clean energy sustainability.

Participation in National-level hackathon

I had the privilege of leading a team at the 36-hour national-level hackathon organized by the Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) of Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), in collaboration with technical partners Brainovision Solutions and Abtechville, Hyderabad. The hackathon, held on March 15-16, 2024, aimed to foster innovation and problem-solving .

Under the guidance of Dr. B Nagamani, IIC convenor, and Principal Dr. Udaya Kumar Susarla, our team, named Vanavik, embarked on the challenge of addressing the pressing issue of non-renewable energy consumption. We choose to focus on generating renewable energy from plants as a sustainable solution to power street lights.

Over the intense 36-hour period, our team collaborated tirelessly, brainstorming ideas, prototyping solutions, and refining our approach. Leveraging our collective expertise and creativity, we developed a concept that harnesses the natural energy potential of plants to produce electricity, which could then be utilized to power street lights, reducing dependence on non-renewable energy sources.

I am proud to share that our innovative solution earned us the first position in the hackathon, a testament to the dedication and ingenuity of our team. Special thanks to my teammates, Samhitha and Amritha, for their invaluable contributions and collaboration throughout the event. Participating in this event was a transformative experience, allowing us to apply our skills and knowledge to address real-world challenges while collaborating towards a common goal.

Paper Presentation at ISRC 2023

I had the chance to present a paper at the International Research Conference ISRC2023, held on 8th and 9th December 2023. The conference, with the theme "Deciphering Real Entities in a Digital Environment," was jointly organized by Westford University College, UAE, and University Catholica de Murcia, Spain.

Our paper focused on the critical issue of trust and misinformation in social media, examining the challenges posed by the proliferation of false information and the erosion of trust in digital environments. we explored the impact of misinformation on societal perceptions, decision-making processes, and the broader implications for digital literacy and online discourse.

Presenting our research at ISRC2023 provided a valuable opportunity to engage with scholars, practitioners, and industry experts from around the world, exchanging insights and perspectives on the evolving landscape of digital communication and information dissemination.

I am grateful for the platform provided by ISRC2023 to share our research and collaborate with fellow researchers on this important topic. participation in the conference reaffirmed the significance of addressing trust and misinformation in social media and underscored the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in advancing knowledge and understanding in the digital age.
