Appointed in Samuda Construction Limited, PHC Pile: Unit-1, Unit-2, Sheet Pile Factory & Jetty

01. Acting as Maintenance Section Incharge, including preparing Maintenance Schedules, Team management, assisting on Purchase Orders and Workshop traces.

02. Assisting the Chinese & Malaysian Engineers along with coordinating Civil, Electrical and Vendor teams to ensure accurate foundation and machine installation.

03. Leading mechanical installation and pre-commissioning activities from Project inception to Production start-up.

04. Planning and Monitoring mechanical erection, alignment, leveling and fastening of all Production equipment.

05. Managing machine receiving, inspection and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

06. Overseeing Utility integration of all factories including compressed air, water, steam and power interfaces for mechanical systems.

07. Designing daily, weekly and monthly Maintenance schedules along Maintenance Manuals using Six Sigma and Kaizen Charts.

08. Developing machine-wise SOPs for operation, safety and emergency handling before plant launch.

09. Creating Critical Spare Lists, Safety Training Targets and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) documentation for Unit-2.

10. Maintaining Daily Project progress reports including team distribution, daily target vs. achievements and next-day plans.

Appointed in Samuda Construction Limited, PHC Pile: Unit 1 & Jetty

01. Acting as Friday Section Incharge- Preparing Maintenance Schedules and ensuring operational checklist for all Machines. 

02. Engage in Six Sigma Methods for Production and assist in Target vs. Achievement Report for daily Production Planning.

03. Implement 5S & 6M Techniques for Workers based on Safety hazards and Machine SOP. 

04. Implement Kaizen, Kanban & Karyan Methods for Operators based on Waste Management and Machine Health Monitoring. 

05. Keep Maintenance Records for all Machines using Maintenance Logbooks, 5-Why and Root Cause Analysis including Daily Reports.

06. Keep Records of Workshop Activities including damaged Spare Parts, Components servicing and small machines

07. Assist and Lead my Maintenance Team (Mechanical, Electrical, Workshop & Welders), distribute their work to ensure smooth Production support. 

08. Approve and verify Material Requisitions for items prepared by Sub-Assistant Engineers to follow up ERP. 

09. Perform weekly Preventive Maintenance and daily Corrective Maintenance to reduce Production breakdowns.

10. Maintain attendance of Maintenance workers and List their specialized performance, overtime duties and take quick management actions during leave and extra off-days. 

11. Prepare Maintenance Manual books and Service Catalog Chart for all heavy Machines.

12. Coordinating with Logistics and Approving Gatepass for servicing and complicated repairings
