Hi again! I'm Akshan Agrawal. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. I completed my B.Tech at IIT Kanpur with double majors in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering, along with a minor in Cognitive Science.
I'm passionate about building things using technology. My interests lie in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision, fields I believe hold immense potential for solving complex problems and shaping the future. I’m particularly drawn to projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible and have the power to make a significant, positive difference in the world.
Outside the technical sphere, I enjoy engaging in thoughtful conversations on topics such as ethics and society, particularly those grounded in deep reasoning and factual analysis. Whether it's exploring moral dilemmas, the role of humanity in an ever-evolving world, or the societal implications of technological advancements, or perhaps even anything mysterious and thought-provoking, I value discussions that foster critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
I'm also deeply fascinated by the complexity of human psychology. Despite forming many meaningful connections, I'm continually amazed by how much there is still to learn about human nature and behavior.
In my leisure time, you'll find me listening to music, watching movies, or having a good chat with a friend.
If you see me around, feel free to say hello, I’m always up for a good conversation!
