Welcome!
I'm a fifth year PhD candidate in the Department of Linguistics at UC Berkeley, advised by Amy Rose Deal. My primary research interests are in syntax, semantics, and language documentation. Much of my recent work focuses on modals, case marking, and self-reference and perspective in attitude reports across languages.
Since 2019, I have been working on the documentation and description of Bishnupriya Manipuri in collaboration with speakers based in New York City and with the Endangered Language Alliance.
