Samuel Akinbo

I am a PhD candidate at the University of British Columbia with research interests in phonetics, theoretical phonology, field linguistics, language documentation and speech surrogacy. Specifically, my research focus on tone, vowel harmony and other featural properties. I mostly work on endangered and sparsely studied African languages, particularly those spoken in West-Africa.
