The class is fairly energetic, however the main emphasis as in all of Lim's Martial Arts is on developing oneself and character and respect for others, not through fear but by example.  We also understand not everyone is geared towards competition, so we try to encourage people to always enjoy themselves and train because they want to, not because they have to.
