3. How long does it take to complete a project?
Development time varies based on complexity. Small projects may take 2-3 days, medium projects 2-3 weeks, and large-scale applications 2-3 months.

4. Can I request modifications after receiving my project?
Yes! Minor modifications are included in the original package, while major changes may incur additional costs.

5. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer (as applicable). Full payment is required before development begins.

6. Can I get a refund if I am unsatisfied with the project?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily if the project is incomplete or significantly deviates from agreed specifications.

7. How do you communicate project updates?
I maintain direct communication via WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or email throughout the development process. You can also mention an alternative method when you fill out the order form or form on the Contact page.

8. Will I receive the source code along with my purchase?
It depends. All ready-made products include the source code unless specified otherwise. New software requests have an option on the order form for whether to include the source code or not. Please note that this does incur an extra cost (mentioned on order form).
