Hi, I’m Akhmad Shakirov, a game designer with a passion for crafting immersive, player-driven experiences. I specialize in gameplay systems, combat design, AI behavior, and level design, with a strong background in Unreal Engine 5, C++, and both 2D and 3D art tools.

I’m currently working as a Gameplay & Systems Designer at Ilham Studio, where I’m focused on the 3Cs (Character, Camera, Controls), combat mechanics, and core gameplay systems for a new AA third-person open-world survival crafting game.

My experience spans solo-developing a commercial indie title, building educational games for museums, and creating game jam projects that have caught the attention of major YouTube creators. I thrive in cross-disciplinary teams, love prototyping, and believe in player-centered design through iterative playtesting and solid documentation.
