Roz kam se kam 30 minute walk ya exercise karein. Smoking aur tobacco bilkul chhod dein. Stress kam karne ke liye yoga, meditation aur puri neend lein.
Regular health checkup karwana bhi bahut zaroori hai, jisme BP, sugar aur cholesterol test shamil ho.
