5. Content Guidelines: Your website, blog, app, or social media content must adhere to the following guidelines: a) Original and Quality Content: Create original, valuable, and relevant content that provides value to your audience. b) Family-Friendly: Content should be appropriate for all audiences and should not contain offensive or inappropriate material. c) Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws. d) No Trademark Infringement: Do not use Amazon's trademarks or copyrighted materials in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an affiliation with Amazon without express written consent.

6. Prohibited Content: You must not promote or link to the following types of content: a) Content that promotes discrimination, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities. b) Pornography or adult-oriented material. c) Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any law or regulation. d) Misleading or deceptive content.

7. PPC Advertising Guidelines: If you use Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising to promote your affiliate links, you must adhere to the following guidelines: a) Direct Linking: You may not directly link to Amazon using your affiliate link in PPC ads. All traffic must first go through your own website or landing page. b) Trademarks: Do not bid on Amazon's trademarks or variations thereof for PPC campaigns. c) Compliance: Comply with Amazon's guidelines for PPC ads, as outlined in the affiliate program documentation.

8. Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in the following activities: a) Self-referral: Generating affiliate commissions through your own purchases using your affiliate links. b) Cookie Stuffing: Setting cookies on a user's device without their consent. c) Spamming: Promoting your affiliate links through unsolicited emails, comments, or messages. d) Domain Name Misuse: Using domain names that contain Amazon trademarks or variations without proper authorization.

9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, if we find violations of this policy or any fraudulent or unethical behavior. If your account is terminated, you will forfeit any outstanding commission payments.

10. Modification of Policy: We may update or modify this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
