Terms of Use for Cats Match 3

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Cats Match 3, a mobile game developed by Akebono Games.

By installing, accessing, or using Cats Match 3, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the game.

2. Use of the game

Cats Match 3 is a casual puzzle game.

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by applicable law, exploit bugs, cheat, or use the game in a way that may harm other users, the developer, or third-party services.

3. Guest mode

The current version of Cats Match 3 allows users to play as guest.

Guest progress, settings, score, stars, selected level, and similar game data may be stored locally on your device.

If you delete the game, clear app data, change device, or lose access to your device, your local guest progress may be lost.

4. Future login features

Google Play Games, Facebook login, or other online login features may be added in a future version.

If these features are added, they may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies from the relevant third-party service providers.

5. Future in-app purchases

A future version of Cats Match 3 may offer optional in-app purchases.

One possible purchase is “Remove Forced Ads”.

If this purchase is added, it will be intended to remove interrupting ads, such as interstitial ads, if ads are enabled in the game.

This purchase will not necessarily remove optional rewarded ads. Optional rewarded ads may still be available for in-game bonuses, such as extra moves, and will be shown only when the user chooses to watch them for a reward.

If in-app purchases are added, payments will be processed by Google Play. Akebono Games will not collect or store your payment card details, bank details, or billing information.

6. Future refunds and purchase support

If in-app purchases are added, refund requests will be handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

Users may contact Google Play or use the refund options available through Google Play.

7. Advertising

The current version of Cats Match 3 does not include advertising SDKs.

If ads are added in a future version, the game may include interrupting ads, such as interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-game bonuses, such as extra moves.

If a “Remove Forced Ads” purchase is available and active, it is intended to remove interrupting ads, but optional rewarded ads may still remain available.

8. Virtual items and game progress

Game progress, stars, scores, extra moves, rewards, and similar in-game items have no real-world monetary value.

They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred outside the game, or sold.

Akebono Games may adjust gameplay, rewards, levels, balancing, or features in future updates.

9. Intellectual property

Cats Match 3, including its name, artwork, characters, game design, code, sounds, music, user interface, and other content, is owned by Akebono Games or used with permission.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or use the game content for commercial purposes without written permission from Akebono Games.

10. Updates and changes

Akebono Games may update, modify, add, or remove features from Cats Match 3 at any time.

Some updates may be required for the game to continue working correctly.

We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. If important changes are made, we will update the effective date above.

11. Availability

We try to keep Cats Match 3 available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

The game may be unavailable due to updates, technical problems, platform changes, or other reasons.

12. No warranty

Cats Match 3 is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akebono Games makes no warranties or guarantees about the game, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akebono Games will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Termination

You may stop using Cats Match 3 at any time by uninstalling the game.

Akebono Games may restrict or terminate access to the game or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the game, cheat, or interfere with the normal operation of the game.

15. Third-party services

Cats Match 3 may use third-party services in the future, such as Google Play Billing, Google Play Games Services, Google Mobile Ads, Unity services, or other SDKs.

These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
