1) Overview

This paid app calculates Body Mass Index (BMI) and optionally stores your BMI history on your device. We designed it to work without collecting personal data or creating user accounts.

2) What We Collect

- **Personal data**: We do not collect, store, or process personal data (e.g., name, email, age linked to your identity).

- **Usage/analytics**: We do not use analytics SDKs and do not track your usage.

- **Location**: Not collected.

- **Payment info**: Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your card or billing details.

3) What Is Stored On Your Device

- BMI inputs and results you enter, and any saved history, are stored locally on your device (e.g., in app storage/DataStore). We do not sync or transmit this data to our servers.

You can delete app data at any time by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. This permanently removes locally stored information.

4) App Permissions

- **INTERNET**: Used only to open external links you tap (e.g., website, Play Store page) and for platform components. The app does not send your BMI data to any server.

- **VIBRATE**: Used for optional haptic feedback during interactions.

We do not request runtime dangerous permissions.

5) Third Parties

- **Google Play**: Handles purchase, licensing, and refunds per Google’s policies. We do not receive your payment details.

- **External links**: The app may open links (e.g., our site, rating page). Those sites have their own privacy policies.

6) Children’s Privacy

The app is general‑audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.

7) Data Security

Your BMI data remains on your device. Protect your device with a passcode/biometrics and keep your OS up to date. If you share or back up your device, your app data may be included in that backup.

8) Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., EU/UK/California), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, these rights typically apply to data stored on your device. You can delete the app’s local data or uninstall the app at any time.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app or laws change. We will update the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, notify you via our listing.
