Aj's Taxi Antigua Adventures: Terms & Conditions
By booking a transfer service with Aj's Taxi Antigua Adventures, you agree to the following terms. These conditions are in place to ensure fair service for all travelers and reliable operations for our business

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Accuracy: It is the traveler's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, including flight numbers, arrival/departure times, and destination hotel.

• Final Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once the initial deposit has been successfully paid.

2. Payment Structure

• Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit covers administrative costs and vehicle allocation.

• Balance Due: The remaining balance (75%) of the total fare is due upon arrival at your destination or at the completion of the service, payable directly to the driver in US Dollars (USD) or Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD).

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by Traveler:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled transfer time will forfeit the 25% non-refundable deposit. No additional fees will apply.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time will forfeit the full 100% fare.

• Cancellations by Provider: In the rare event Aj's Taxi must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full 100% refund (including the deposit) will be issued.

4. Waiting Policy (Airport Arrivals)

• Flight Delays: We track all incoming flight arrivals. There is no charge for flight delays. Your driver will wait for your arrival.

• Post-Arrival Wait: The driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight has officially landed (or docked) to allow travelers to clear Customs. If the traveler fails to appear or contact the driver within this time, the service will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be forfeited.

5. Liability

• Aj's Taxi Antigua Adventures is not responsible for any delays caused by uncontrollable events, including severe weather, road closures, or governmental restrictions. We are not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
