I believe learning history helps us understand the world around us and prepares us to become informed citizens. My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, respected, and encouraged to grow. classroom will be a place where you are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, learn from the past, and connect history to the world around you. Throughout the year, we will explore Louisiana's history, culture, geography, government, economics, and the people and events that have helped shape our state and nation. My goal is for every student to leave this class with a deeper understanding of Louisiana and its role in American history.
