* To rent the bike, it is requested:

- the deposit of a valid identity document until the bicycle is returned

- or, alternatively, a deposit of €300.00 (cash).

PRICE LIST FOR COMPENSATION FOR MAIN DAMAGES AND THEFTS

€50.00: recovery* of broken bicycle (if possible, replacement of bicycle) + damages as per price list

·         Tire puncture: €.10,00

·         Basket: €.20,00

·         Lights: €.10,00

·         Gear shifting: €.30,00

·         Saddle: €.30,00

·         Lock keys (broken or lost): €.20,00

·         Wheel: €.100,00

·         Bicycle theft: €.300,00

* IMPORTANT: our city bikes can be used in Alghero and surrounding areas (within 10 km from the city centre). Beyond this area, the Manager will not be required to recover them, and failure to do so cannot be considered a breach of contract.

Furthermore:

- During the rental, the User does not enjoy any form of insurance, nor is the bicycle covered by insurance. The Manager cannot be asked for any form of compensation.

- In the case of a multi-day rental, the bike can be kept by the User even during the night hours, only if he has a protected shelter in order to avoid theft. Otherwise, he can return the bike by 8:00 pm (closing time of the rental), and pick it up when the rental reopens, at 9:30 am, the following morning.
