Abstract submission 

• Abstract submission opens on July 1, 2024 and closes on August 31, 2024 (anywhere in the world).

• Decisions will be made by September 15, 2024

1. 1. Advisor approval form is required 

• Approval by your advisor must arrive no later than 12 pm September 5, 2024 [JST].

• One page (including references and examples)

• 1 inch margin, 12 points, Times New Roman
