• Important dates:

  • December 26, 2025 (Fri)  Intention of contribution [LINK]

    • Original research papers are invited for publication in the (non-peer-reviewed) proceedings.

    • A stylesheet will be sent to those who express interest in contributing to the proceedings

  • February 13, 2026 (Fri)  Manuscript submission [LINK]

    • Your advisor must approve the publication of the paper using this form: [LINK]

      • Paper submitted without the approval form by February 20 (Fri) will not be considered for publication.

      • Make sure to arrange with your advisor so that s/he has ample time to read your paper. 

    • Manuscripts must conform to the stylesheet. 

      • Editors will check manuscripts. If any editorial changes are needed, they may be returned to the author(s).  

      • You will be asked to complete the revision within 7 days. 

  • March 2026 Editors compile the papers and conduct post-production 

  • April 2026       Final manuscripts submitted to the ICU repoository. 

  • May 2026        Expected month of publication (online)
