CONTRAST STUDIES

A variety of unlike elements have been used within this design. Configuration of the elements (and their sizes, order, directions) are arranged together to achieve unity in the design. 

It is a recreation of the physical world expressed in the form of visual arts. An interpretation of physical things and their coherence, resemblance to the physical word is the quality of this design. The overall theme of this design is nature i.e. sky, sun, and sunrays , water, mountains, water lily flowers.  

A simple figure-ground (bottom left design) and figure-ground reversal (bottom right design) and contrast relationships are the main focus of these designs. The economy is achieved by using the most essential design elements and maintaining their visual relationship.
