Teaching philosophy

I believe my chosen career as an assistant professor has provided me with an opportunity to contribute to the shaping of society and the future. My main goal is to make a positive difference in the students' lives, thereby repaying those faculty members who nurtured and encouraged me when I was pursuing my engineering education.

My personal teaching philosophy includes:

• In order to measure the success of my students, and my own success as an instructor, I will try my best to use a variety of assessment methods.

• One of the most important aspects of engineering education is instilling in students' the ability to truly integrate theory with practical applications.

• I would use simple demonstrations and case studies to help students understand the key concepts and major issues, explaining them the benefits and issues of that topic.

• By pulling in real examples of applications, I can enrich my students’ understanding of what they are learning.

• I try to set a good professional ethics in the students to build a safe and good nation and become a resource to the nation.

• Making it clear that I am always available on request, and give time to personal tuition for the students on demand.

• I would never discriminate my students on the basis of age, gender, nationality, intellectual ability or personal attractiveness.

• More than teaching, the students should understand the topic that I teach and should be able to apply that in the real world and must be able to create a solution easily.

Teaching is a very challenging endeavour , but it is also very rewarding. Seeing students truly grasp the meaning of the material, how it relates to other courses, and how it can be used in practical applications, is one of the most exciting parts of being an instructor. By accomplishing these things, I can help my students become talented, creative, and effective engineers.
