Scheduling Service Policy
Booking & Deposit Requirements
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
After receiving your service estimate via text message or email, the deposit must be paid within 15 minutes.
Accepted payment methods will be provided along with your estimate and are also linked in our contact page.
Failure to Pay Deposit
If the deposit is not received within the 15-minute window, your appointment will be automatically canceled without further notice.
You are welcome to request a new estimate and reschedule based on availability.

Service Warranty Policy
Warranty for Document Preparation
We offer one complimentary edit or revision for any errors made by the preparer.
This warranty covers only mistakes directly caused by AJC Mobile Notary & Services during document preparation.
Limitations of Liability
AJC Mobile Notary & Services is not responsible for any document rejection by third parties (e.g., government agencies, financial institutions, etc.).
It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all requirements with the receiving institution prior to finalizing the documents.
Payment Policy
All document preparation services are final and must be paid in full at the time of service delivery.
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms before booking your appointment:
Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled to a later date at no additional charge, subject to our availability.
Your deposit will be fully transferable to the new date.
To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your appointment or service, your deposit will not be refunded and will serve as a cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be made via phone, text, or email.
