Return Policy

At Ajay Enterprises, we do not have a general return policy for the products we sell. However, in the event that a product is damaged, a return policy will apply.

Before purchasing, we ensure that customers are shown samples and given a clear understanding of the product. If, after purchasing, a customer wishes to return the product, returns will not be accepted unless the product is damaged.

We trust and hope that our customers will support us in maintaining this policy and understand the importance of the process.

Factory Timings

Our factory operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sundays are observed as a general holiday.

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday:
  The factory operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.
  
  

• Sunday:
  Sundays are general holidays, and the factory remains closed.

Leave Policy

• Two Leave Days per Month:
  Every employee is entitled to two leave days per month. Employees may take these leave days at their discretion, but they must inform their manager at least three days in advance before taking the leave.
  
  

• Emergency Leave:
  In case of an emergency, employees do not need to inform the manager three days in advance. Emergency leave will be granted as needed without any issues.
  
  

• Public Holidays:
  Any public holidays or festivals that occur will be considered general holidays. The factory will remain closed on these days.
