Registration to AIxIA 2023 is now open.

The registration to the AIxIA 2023 conference requires you to be a member of the AIxIA association (for the period 2023/2024). AIxIA membership fees are not included in the registration fees.

Note: On-site registration will be accepted only with paypal/credit card payment. We cannot accept bank transfer or cash payments on-site.

At least one author of any paper accepted for presentation at the main conference, the discussion track and the workshops needs to register to the conference to have the paper included in the proceedings.

All attendees must register to the conference with a fee coherent with their role, namely "student" or "regular" attendee.

Registration Fee: the fee covers the conference, the workshops, satellite events and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference; it does not include AIxIA membership and the social dinner.

The fees are set as follows.

Student early:

300 €

Student early full:

+80 €

Regular early:

350 €

Regular early full:

+80 €

Student late:

380 €

Student late full:

+80 €

Regular late:

430 €

Regular late full:

+80 €

The cutoff date for the early registration is 16 October 2023. Registration from 17 October 2023 onward requires the payment of the late fee.

Social Dinner

On the 8th of November, there will be the conference social dinner that will take place in the evening. More information will be announced soon.

To join the dinner, an additional fee of 80€ is required and it is included in the "full" registration.

The dinner will take place in the "Galleria Doria Pamphilj", look at the social events page for more information.
