Aivy Nails & Spa Policy

• In order to get proper repairs for any complaints or unsatisfied services, clients must IMMEDIATELY inform the workers. Transactions MUST be made by the end of the service by clients.

• We will honor any defective work such as lifting, bubbles, chipping, peeling, wrinkle, or polish crumbled, with NO notice past 48 hours (2 days) on gel polish, acrylic, gel powder, SNS products, manicure, or pedicure with the original color, free of charge on repairs or fixes.

• All nail smudges or damages done by clients themselves will be repaired free of charge ONLY BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP.

• At the completion of the service on the same day, the client may change his / her mind about the color choice, if so, there will be a $7 charge for regular polish and a $10 charge on gel polish to a different color (excluding all SNS services).

• Repairs for such will be charged at clients own expense .

• Clients are responsible for their breakage and discoloration / stain on acrylic , SNS, gel powder or real nail.

• ALL REPAIRS OR FIX REQUIRES RECEIPT.

• All customers and employees please keep watch of your own personal belongings at all times. We are NOT responsible for any damage or missing items!
