Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using this mobile application (the "App") operated by Veysel Yeşilmen ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of Service
The App allows users to create AI-powered videos from images and text prompts. The App offers both free trials and premium subscription plans.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and use it solely for providing our services.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Contains malware or malicious code
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by Veysel Yeşilmen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to generate harmful or illegal content
- Resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without permission
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veysel Yeşilmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
