This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where required, we will ask for your consent before collecting, using, or sharing certain information.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information.
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as:
Email address or other information you provide when contacting customer support;
Text prompts and other instructions submitted for AI generation;
Photos, images, videos, and other content that you choose to upload;
Feedback, support requests, and other communications you send to us.
When you use our AI generation features, you may voluntarily upload photos, images, videos, text prompts, or other content (“User Content”).
User Content may be uploaded to and temporarily stored on our servers and may also be transmitted to the applicable third-party AI service provider as necessary to perform the AI generation requested by you.
Photos or images that you voluntarily upload may contain human faces and visible facial information.
We do not use uploaded photos for facial recognition, identity verification, or authentication. We do not independently create biometric face templates, facial embeddings, facial geometry profiles, or facial recognition identifiers from uploaded photos.
However, when an uploaded photo contains a human face, the image and facial information visible within the image may be processed as part of the AI video generation or visual-effect generation requested by the user.
We do not use facial information for advertising, user profiling, identification, authentication, or tracking.
We may automatically collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service, such as:
Device type and operating system;
App version;
IP address;
General usage and interaction information;
Crash, diagnostic, and performance information;
Generation status and technical logs.
Purchases and subscriptions made through the iOS application are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card information. We may receive limited transaction information from Apple, such as purchase status, product information, transaction identifiers, and subscription status, as necessary to provide purchased features and manage entitlements.
The Service may use advertising and analytics services.
Depending on your permissions, applicable law, and the services used, these services may process device information, advertising identifiers, interaction information, and other technical information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.
Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is required, tracking will not occur unless you provide the required permission.
We use information collected through the Service for purposes including:
Providing and operating AI video generation and related features;
Processing photos, images, videos, and prompts submitted by users;
Delivering generated videos and other requested results;
Maintaining users’ generation history where applicable;
Processing purchases and providing purchased features;
Responding to customer support requests;
Diagnosing technical problems and failed generations;
Maintaining the security and reliability of the Service;
Preventing fraud, abuse, and misuse;
Analyzing and improving Service performance and functionality;
Providing advertising and measuring advertising performance, where applicable and permitted;
Complying with applicable legal obligations; and
Protecting the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We do not use uploaded photos or facial information for facial recognition, identity verification, targeted advertising, or creating biometric profiles.
Our Service provides AI-powered video generation and visual effects.
When you initiate an AI generation request, the User Content required for that request may be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider for processing.
Depending on the generation feature or AI model selected, these providers may include providers of:
Seedance;
Google Veo;
xAI Grok;
Kling AI; and
PixVerse.
The information transmitted may include photos, images, videos, text prompts, and other content that you voluntarily submit and that is necessary to perform the requested generation.
User Content is transmitted to the applicable AI service for the purpose of processing the generation request and returning the requested AI-generated result.
Where an uploaded photo contains a face, visible facial information within that photo may necessarily be processed by the applicable AI model to create the video or effect requested by the user.
We do not transmit facial information to third-party AI providers for identity recognition, advertising, user profiling, authentication, or tracking.
Before personal content is transmitted to an applicable third-party AI service provider, the Service will disclose the relevant data sharing and request the user's explicit consent where required.
The disclosure may identify the applicable AI service provider and the type of content that will be transmitted for processing.
If you decline the requested consent, your personal content will not be transmitted for that AI generation request, and we will be unable to perform the corresponding generation.
Third-party AI providers process User Content according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-retention policies.
Retention practices may vary depending on the provider, model, service configuration, and technical requirements.
We require service providers processing personal information on our behalf to maintain privacy and security protections appropriate to the information being processed and consistent with applicable legal requirements.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers acting on our behalf to use your personal information for unrelated advertising or user profiling.
We do not independently collect facial recognition identifiers or biometric templates.
If you voluntarily upload a photo containing a person’s face, the facial information visible in the photo forms part of the image itself and may be processed for the AI generation requested by you.
Facial information visible in uploaded content is used only as necessary to:
Process the AI video or visual effect requested by the user;
Preserve relevant visual characteristics when required by the selected generation feature;
Generate and return the requested result; and
Provide limited technical support or generation retry functionality where necessary.
We do not use facial information to determine a person's identity.
If a photo containing a face is used as input for an AI generation request, the photo may be transmitted to the applicable third-party AI provider described in Section 3.
Such transmission occurs only for purposes necessary to provide the AI generation functionality requested by the user and subject to the consent process described above.
We do not separately extract or maintain a database of biometric facial identifiers, facial embeddings, or face templates.
Uploaded photos containing faces are treated according to the same storage and retention practices applicable to other uploaded photos described in Section 6.
We do not sell User Content or facial information.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
As described in Section 3, User Content may be transmitted to the applicable third-party AI provider to perform an AI generation requested by the user.
We may use service providers that assist us with hosting, cloud infrastructure, content delivery, security, analytics, customer support, and other functions necessary to operate the Service.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may share limited device, usage, or advertising-related information with advertising and analytics providers where permitted by applicable law and your device permissions.
Uploaded User Content and facial information are not shared with advertising providers for targeted advertising.
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or the Service;
Investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our terms; or
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If the Service or its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.
User-uploaded content and generated content stored by us are hosted using DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure in San Francisco, United States.
Original photos and images uploaded for AI generation may be stored on our servers to support AI generation, generation history, retries, troubleshooting, and related Service functionality.
Original uploaded photos and images are retained on our servers for up to 30 days after upload and are then automatically deleted, unless earlier deletion is requested or limited additional retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
We do not separately retain biometric face templates, facial embeddings, or facial recognition identifiers extracted from these images.
Generated videos may be stored while your account or generation history remains active so that you can access, view, or download your generated content.
You may request deletion of generated content at any time.
When your account is deleted, content associated with your account will also be deleted within a reasonable period, except where limited retention is required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Content transmitted to third-party AI providers is subject to the applicable provider's data-retention practices.
Retention periods may vary depending on the provider and technical service used. We do not control data retained independently by a third-party provider under its own applicable terms and privacy policy.
Technical, transaction, support, security, and diagnostic records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your personal information and User Content;
Withdraw consent for future processing where processing is based on consent;
Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable; and
Opt out of certain advertising or tracking activities where applicable.
You may withdraw consent for future third-party AI processing by declining the applicable consent request or by contacting us.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn.

We may need to verify your request before taking action to protect your information from unauthorized access or deletion.
The Service may request permission to access photos, the camera, or other device features when necessary to provide a feature you choose to use.
We request access only for relevant functionality.
You can manage system permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent certain features that depend on that permission from functioning.
Where possible, the Service may allow you to select specific photos rather than granting access to your entire photo library.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our Service and third-party service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the country or region in which you reside.
As a result, your information may be subject to different data-protection laws.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
