AI Vastu ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI Vastu mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

A. Personal and Device Data

While using our App, we may collect certain information to provide and improve the service:

• Device Identifiers: We collect a stable hash of your device to manage daily usage limits (e.g., free scan limits) and prevent abuse.

• Device Information: We collect hardware information including device manufacturer, model, Android version, and API level to ensure app compatibility and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Usage Data: We collect information on how the App is accessed and used, including the time and date of your visit and the features you interact with.

B. Floor Plan Images

When you upload a floor plan for analysis:

• Processing: Images are processed by the Google Gemini AI API to perform Vastu analysis.

• Storage: Images are stored on your device. If you use premium features, metadata about the analysis is stored in our secure database.

C. Google Gemini AI (Generative AI)

Our App utilizes Google Gemini AI to provide intelligent Vastu analysis and chat responses.

• Data Processed: Your text prompts and uploaded floor plan images are sent to Google’s Gemini API.

• Safety: Please do not include sensitive personal or confidential information in your prompts or within your floor plan drawings. Google may collect usage metadata to improve their services.

2. Service Providers

We employ third-party services to facilitate our App:

• Firebase (Google): We use Firestore for database management and configuration. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us monitor app performance.

• Google Gemini API: Provides the AI intelligence for Vastu scanning and consultation.

• Google Maps: Used in the Compass feature to provide satellite overlays.

3. Data Retention

We retain device-specific usage data only as long as necessary to enforce usage limits. Data stored via Firebase Firestore is retained until you request removal or the data is no longer necessary for service delivery.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard security protocols and Firebase security rules to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
