• Attempt to extract the app’s source code

• Translate the app into other languages

• Create derivative versions of the app

The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it, remains the exclusive property of Mohamed Ait Si.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

a. Subscription Services
Certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), which may be monthly, annual, or another interval depending on the subscription plan you select.

b. Auto-Renewal
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or Mohamed Ait Si cancels it. You may cancel auto-renewal through your Apple App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

c. Subscription Changes and Cancellations
If you cancel your Subscription, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current Billing Cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the Subscription period.

d. Price Changes
Mohamed Ait Si reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time at his sole discretion. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle. You will receive reasonable prior notice of any price changes, giving you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the new fees apply. Continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated fee.

General Use and Responsibilities

Mohamed Ait Si is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or update the app

• Introduce fees for services (with clear notice of what you’re paying for)

The app stores and processes the personal data you provide to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the app.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this:

• Bypasses built-in security measures

• May expose your device to malware or viruses

• Could cause the app to malfunction or stop working entirely

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These include:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that Mohamed Ait Si is not responsible for the following:

• Internet connectivity issues: The app requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not liable if the app doesn’t function fully due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance.

• Mobile carrier charges: If you use the app outside of Wi-Fi, you may incur data charges from your mobile provider, including roaming fees. You accept full responsibility for such costs.

• Device-related issues: You must ensure your device remains charged and functional. Mohamed Ait Si is not liable if service is unavailable due to a dead battery or device failure.

• Third-party data accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we rely on third parties for some data. Mohamed Ait Si accepts no liability—direct or indirect—for losses resulting from reliance on app content.

Updates and Termination

• The app is currently available on iOS. System requirements may change over time.

• You agree to install all updates when offered to continue using the app.

• Mohamed Ait Si does not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with your iOS version.

• We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.

• Upon termination:

  • All rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms end

  • You must cease using the app and delete it from your device

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please review this page periodically for changes.

• Changes are effective immediately upon posting
