GRADUATING INTERNSHIP AT LAGIRONDE CONSERVE

Leading the project of the optimization of a new procurement process, enhancing operational efficiency : I developed a process improvement approach which involved updating and modifying specific steps in the existing process, reorganizing certain elements, and introducing new measures such as supplier evaluation scorecards and monitoring tools. The improvements made in the procurement process contributed to optimizing order costs and processing time, positively affecting all company activities.

INTERNSHIP AT FASTEXPO

Oversaw the exporting process of fresh vegetables and fruits. Ensured all necessary documents and requirements were met, contributing to smooth export operations. 

ANZATRANSIT

Analyzed the logistics of goods transit from Agadir to Dakhla. Identified process inefficiencies and proposed potential improvements to streamline operations.

Managed community engagement, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives. Organized events, showcasing strong project coordination and team collaboration skills.
