NextPixel Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the VoiceOver: AI Text to Speech application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Text Input: Text content you enter into the App for conversion to speech. This text is sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI and Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating audio. It is not stored on our servers after processing.
Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry.
Subscription Information: When you subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language preferences.
Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, and frequency of use.
Crash and Performance Data: Diagnostic information such as crash logs and performance metrics to help us improve the App's stability.
We do not collect precise location data (GPS).
We do not collect biometric data.
We do not collect health or fitness data.
We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files.
We do not access your device's microphone or camera unless explicitly required for a feature and only with your consent.
App Functionality: To provide the core text-to-speech conversion service and deliver audio output.
Improving the App: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and enhance performance and features.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Subscription Management: To manage your subscription status and provide access to premium features.
We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the App's core functionality without your explicit consent.
Important Disclosure: Our App uses third-party AI services to process your text and generate speech audio. Before any data is shared with these services, we obtain your explicit consent through an in-app consent dialog.

What we share: Only the text content you voluntarily enter into the App. No personal identifiers, device information, account details, or other personal data is sent to these AI services.

Your name, email, or any account information
Your device identifiers or IP address
Your location data
Your usage history or analytics data
Your subscription or payment information
How data is processed: Your text is transmitted securely via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to the AI providers. The text is processed in real-time to generate audio and is not stored on our servers after the audio output is delivered.

In compliance with Apple's App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i):
We clearly disclose what data is sent (your text content), who it is sent to (OpenAI and Google Gemini), and why (to generate speech audio).
We obtain your explicit consent through an in-app consent dialog before any data is transmitted to third-party AI services.
If you decline consent, the AI-powered features will not be available, and no data will be shared with third-party AI services.
You may revoke your consent at any time through the App's settings.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. Firebase may collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage data, including device model, OS version, and in-app events. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes anonymized purchase data and does not have access to your personal payment information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
If the App displays advertisements, we may work with third-party advertising networks. These networks may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve relevant ads, subject to your consent obtained via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can control ad tracking preferences in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
All third-party service providers we work with are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We confirm that each third-party provider maintains data protection standards that are equal to or exceed our own.
Text Input: Processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after the audio output is generated.
Generated Audio: Stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time.
Support Correspondence: Retained for a reasonable period to provide assistance, then deleted.
Analytics Data: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form and does not identify individual users.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications with third-party services.
Secure API key management through server-side proxy infrastructure.
Regular review and updating of our security practices.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
