By downloading, installing, or using the InkForge - AI Tattoo Designer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and current information
You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. We do not save any data on our servers. All data and images are stored locally on your device. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide our services.Â
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Share your account credentials with others
The App's AI assistant provides suggestions and predictions based on your prompts. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional mechanical advice.
All API requests are subject to rate limits to prevent abuse and ensure optimal performance.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or any maintenance decisions made based on the App's recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
