Use of the app constitutes a license to access this orchestration, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying proprietary algorithms.

The Human-Centric Mandate: AISync is engineered for manual creative exploration by human artists. The deployment of automated scripts, headless browsers, API-scrapers, or any form of "bot" activity to interact with our generation engines is strictly prohibited. Such activity degrades the experience for all users and will result in immediate service termination.
Resource Equity & Global Balancing: High-fidelity AI generation requires immense computational resources. During periods of peak global demand, Appthentic may implement "Server Balancing" to moderate generation speeds. This ensures that every active subscriber maintains equitable access to the engine, preventing localized bottlenecks caused by excessive usage.
Unlimited Feature Provisions: Where "Unlimited" features (such as music generation) are offered, they are intended for reasonable, manual creative workflows. If a user’s usage patterns deviate significantly from standard human behavior (suggesting industrial-scale automation or account sharing), we reserve the right to apply temporary rate-limits to preserve the stability of our hardware infrastructure.
User Input Sovereignty: You retain absolute ownership of the text prompts and media assets you provide to the engine. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary legal rights and licenses for any content uploaded to the AISync lab.

Appthentic claims no royalty, license fee, or ownership stake in your creative results.
