History

The journey of A.I. Software Solutions Services is deeply rooted in the history of a family business partnership formed by the members of Late Malam Lawal Imam's family. The name "Ahliy Imam" signifies "Imam’s family," a legacy of commitment, integrity, and hard work. In 2016, building on more than two decades of dedication, the firm was established by our founder, Imam Lawal Abubakar. His success has been significantly supported by the guidance and mentorship of esteemed leaders, including Aminu Muhammad Dangana, Ahmed Aliyu and Bashir Adamu Aliyu.

Muhammad Aminu Dangana (The Matawallen Tudun-wada Nassarawa LGA) is a distinguished leader known for his initiative, focus, and foresight. His among the first Certified Stockbroker in the Northern Nigeria, with over four decades of experience, he has served as the CEO of Gidauniya Investment and Securities LTD, among the leading stockbroking firm in Northern Nigeria, and has founded several successful enterprises, including Gidauniya Travels, Gidauniya Bureau de Change, and Aminu Dangana & Co. His strategic insight and leadership have also earned him roles on the boards of Redstar and Daily Trust, as well as a term as Treasurer of KACCIMA. Aminu's dedication to excellence and his ability to anticipate and navigate industry trends have solidified his reputation as a visionary leader across multiple sectors.

Practical Finance and Accounting Mentor

Ahmed Aliyu is a mentor of high repute, known for his practical experience in finance and accounting. Over a decade, he served as the Head of the Finance and Accounts Department at Gidauniya Investment and Securities LTD and its subsidiaries. His career also includes a term as an accountant at 7up PLC and Monument Security LTD, a stockbroking firm. Ahmed is recognized not only for his expertise in finance but also for his honesty and integrity, making him an invaluable mentor who has greatly contributed to the growth and success of A.I. Alhaji Bashir Adamu Aliyu is a successful and talented businessman known for his expertise in the import and export of agrarian products, as well as modern agricultural machinery, seeds, and equipment. He is the founder, chairman, and CEO of several prominent organizations, including JALBAS Agrarian, Aljawdah, BIN Khalifa, and Orphanage Schools and Charity Organization, among many others.
