Please be aware that we did change our schduele and added another block of English/Language Arts. So, we now have 2 blocks of ELA daily. 1 for reading and the other for writing. You can see the updated schduele on the scheuele tab.

HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY SOPHIE!!!!!! <3
September is almost coming to an end and we have already learned so much! This is what we have been working on these past couple of weeks:
For reading and writing we have been focused on the letters "a,b,c & d." We now understand and know the difference between uppercase and lowercase for those letters! We also know how to read and write "the".
In Math, we worked on numbers 1-4. We are learning how to write, spell, and understand the quantity.
Science this week was all about measurement! We learned about the purpose of measuring and the different tools we can use to measure.
For Social Studies we learned all about what it means to be a good citizen. We discussed how citizens have to follow rules and why they are important. Since we are citizens of our classroom, we decided to create a classroom rulebook with a list of our own rules we are now responsible to follow.

Hello parents! Our first full week of school of was filled with new & exciting lessons. The students have shown great interest in all of the subjects and we are excited to see how much knowledge they gain by the end of the quarter.
