Delete Your AI Smart Translator Account

AI Smart Translator allows users to permanently delete their account.
You can delete your account directly from inside the application or request deletion by email.
1. Delete Your Account Inside the App
Follow these steps:
1. Open AI Smart Translator
2. Sign in to your account
3. Open Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Review the warning
6. Confirm account deletion
2. Request Account Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the application, send an email to:

Email Subject:
AI Smart Translator Account Deletion Request
Include:
• Your registered email address
• Your full name, if available
• A clear request to permanently delete your account
• Any information reasonably required to verify ownership
3. Data That May Be Deleted
After successful verification, we may delete:
• Firebase authentication account
• Account email address
• Account profile information
• Server-side user data associated with the account, where applicable
4. Local Device Data
Translation history and favorites are stored locally on the user's device.
Local data can be removed by:
• Clearing translation history inside the app
• Clearing the app's storage
• Uninstalling the application
5. Translation History
Normal translation history is stored locally for up to 7 days.
Favorite translations may remain stored until the user removes them, clears app data, or uninstalls the application.
6. Subscription Information
Deleting your AI Smart Translator account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
To cancel a subscription:
1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile picture
3. Select Payments and subscriptions
4. Select Subscriptions
5. Select AI Smart Translator
6. Tap Cancel subscription
7. Processing Time
Email deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after account ownership has been verified.
Additional time may be required where legally permitted or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
8. Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for:
• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Billing records
• Dispute resolution
• Regulatory obligations
9. Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent.
Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.
