Tree Spinach - Heather's Uncle Very tall edible leaved orach/lamb's quarters relative. Throw leaves in salad, stir-fry or soups. Be aware, it will readily self seed. 

Cilantro - Santo Delayed bolting variety. 

Annual Poppy Mix Mixture of different coloured papaver somniferum. Sprinkle on bare soil when still cold out. The seeds need some frost before germinating. Young leaves are edible as a salad green. Seeds are edible as well.
