Story of Experiences:
I am a social entrepreneur and founder of Aishwarya Creations, a Social Enterprise. I did a Bachelor degree in commerce, followed by a master degree in computer sciences and worked for few eminent organizations as a Software developer. After my marriage, due to transformation and responsibilities I aspired to stay at home. But I always kept myself busy and learnt new things every day which gave a path to work towards my passion and dream.
Tell us about the company you have set up – when did you set it up?
As said “Giving birth and being born brings us into the essence of creations, where the spirit is courageous, bold and the body a miracle of wisdom” Aishwarya creations was born in 2015 when I had my son Nithin inside me, and my husband Raghunath is a person who always supports and motivates my dream to become an entrepreneur. I always had this passion towards handcraft, painting, arts and sculpture from my childhood which motivated me towards terracotta in my second trimester.
What has been your greatest achievement personally?
I have a balance in my life as a mother, as a wife and an entrepreneur, which is my achievement and key for success according to me.
What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?
To gain knowledge on the field and networking were my initial challenges.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
I learnt to be patient, creative and determined from my father. He has been running a bakery from my childhood, where I spent time playing with cream and designing cakes which was my initial trigger towards arts and crafts. As days passed by, my interest towards arts and crafts slowly turned into a desire to become an entrepreneur in the field of arts and crafts.
What does the future hold for you?
My plan is to give the same kick start to many women like me, who are running towards their passion and dreams. I wish to link many artists in one platform with me.
