Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AirTag Tracker, Scan, Detector mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.
To provide core tracking and Bluetooth scanning services, the App requires access to specific sensitive device features:
Location Services: Android systems require Access Fine Location and Access Coarse Location to perform Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scans. We use this data strictly to identify nearby devices. We do not store or track your physical location history on our servers.
Bluetooth Connectivity: We use Bluetooth Scan and Bluetooth Connect permissions to detect and display information about nearby AirTags and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Microphone Access: The "Live BT Mic" feature requires the Record Audio permission. This audio is processed locally and in real-time for streaming to your connected Bluetooth device. We do not record, store, or transmit your audio data to any external servers.
Device Identifiers: We may collect non-personal identifiers such as your Advertising ID (AAID) to facilitate app functionality and analyze performance.
The App integrates third-party services for monetization, analytics, and mapping. These partners may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob & Ad Manager: For serving advertisements.
Meta (Facebook Audience Network): For ad mediation and delivery.
AppLovin: For monetization and ad services.
Unity Ads: For video and interstitial advertisements.
Google Maps API: To display the location of detected devices on a map interface.
We use the data collected to:
Maintain and improve App functionality.
Provide real-time Bluetooth device detection and audio streaming.
Analyze App performance and fix technical bugs.
Deliver relevant advertisements through our third-party partners.
We prioritize the security of your information. Because our App functions primarily through local device interactions (scanning and streaming), we minimize the amount of data stored externally. Any data processed through third-party analytics is anonymized. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access to device identifiers.
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.
You have full control over the data the App accesses:
Permissions: You can revoke Location, Bluetooth, or Microphone permissions at any time via your device's System Settings.
Ad Tracking: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of interest-based ads through your Google Account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
