How long is training?
Training is a 4 day course that runs from 9am-5pm.
Where is the training located?
Training courses are offered in Atlanta, GA, Dublin, OH, Naperville, IL, and Plano, TX. See the complete address for each location on the Training Locations page.
Where should I stay?

What do I need to bring?

What is the dress code?
Appropriate work attire is required
Work boots
No flip flops
No ripped clothing
What if I can’t make the training or I need to reschedule?
If you can not make the training you are scheduled for or if you need to reschedule contact Tucker at training@tuckertech.com or 646-461-2120 immediately.
What if I miss a day of training?
If you miss a day of training you must notify Tucker and your instructor. If you miss the first day of class you will not be permitted to return to training that week and you will need to reschedule to return to the course at a later time.
I did not receive an email confirmation from Tucker/Nokia, what should I do?
You should receive an email from training@tuckertech.com within 7 days of submitting your Training Registration Form. You will receive an email from Nokia within 1 week of your scheduled training. If you do not receive either or both of these emails please contact training@tuckertech.com or 646-461-2120.
What is a PTID and why do I need it?
PTID is your Personnel Training Identification Number. A PTID is a unique and mandatory identifier assigned to each individual technician registered in the Nokia supplier database. If you do not have a PTID prior to signing up for training you will be assigned one upon registration.
What is NOLS and how can I access my account?
NOLS is Nokia Online Services. It provides easy and secure access to the solution and product documentation, downloadable software, project management tools, online entry and tracking of Help Desk cases, online ordering, e-learning and collaboration tools. You will receive an email from NOLS with your username and password before training.
I did not receive my NOLS credentials or PTID, what should I do.
If you do not receive an email from Nokia OR training@tuckertech.com within 1 week of your scheduled training course please email training@tuckertech.com or call 646-461-2120.
I do not have any previous electrical, telecommunications, or general contracting experience, can I still attend the training course?
Unfortunately, only candidates with previous experience can attend the training course.
I am not currently working for a Tucker Technology vendor, can I still attend the training course?
Unfortunately, only candidates who are affiliated with an approved Tucker Technology vendor can register for the course. If you are interested in becoming an approved vendor with Tucker Technology please email partners@tuckertech.com to learn more.
How much does the training course cost?
Please connect with your contact with a Tucker Technology vendor to find out the cost of attending the training.
What if I fail the course?
If you fail the course you will not be Airscale certified and if you wish to work future Airscale projects you will have to retake the course and pass.
When will I start working?
Tucker or your vendor will contact you when we have jobs available to work.
