Researchers and professionals are invited to submit abstracts and scientific papers for participation in the conference.
Important Dates

Deadline for abstract and paper submission: 15 March 2026
Notification of acceptance (oral/poster): 30 March 2026
Deadline for full paper submission (optional): 5 April 2026
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which will determine acceptance as either:
Oral presentation, or Poster presentation

Abstracts should be submitted as Microsoft Word documents 300–500 words
Each abstract must include the following:
Title in English
Authors’ details:
Title, full name, and affiliation of all authors
Mobile number (WhatsApp) and email address
Presenting author must be underlined
Abstract structure:
Background
Objective
Methods
Results
Conclusion and recommendations

Poster size: 90 × 70 cm
Posters should include:
