1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Information You Provide Directly
- User Content (Photos and Room Images): When you use the room design features, you may upload or capture photographs of your interior spaces. These images are transmitted securely to our AI processing partners (such as Google Gemini API) solely for the purpose of generating 3D room design visualizations and styles requested by you.
- Support Communications: If you contact us directly via email (hallerappsinfo@gmail.com), we receive your email address and any additional information you choose to provide in your inquiry.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you access and use the App, certain technical information may be collected automatically by our systems or third-party service providers:
- Device and Usage Data: Operating system version, app version, unique device identifier, device hardware model, language settings, and crash logs.
- Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID (GAID) or equivalent device identifier for attribution and analytics.
- Purchase and Billing Data: Subscription status, transaction history, and entitlement verification tokens processed securely via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not process or store your credit card numbers or financial credentials.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide Core Features: Processing room images to generate AI-driven 3D interior design renders and layouts.
- To Manage Subscriptions and Purchases: Validating free trial eligibility, managing premium feature access, and processing transactions.
- To Improve and Optimize the App: Analyzing usage trends, performance metrics, and resolving technical crashes or stability issues.
- To Ensure Safety and Compliance: Protecting against fraud, unauthorized usage, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
- Customer Support: Responding to user inquiries, technical assistance requests, and feedback.
3. IMAGE DATA AND AI PROCESSING POLICY
- No Selling of User Photos: Photos uploaded to AI Room Designer are strictly used to render room designs requested by the user. We never sell, lease, or monetize your images.
- Temporary Processing: Images sent to AI rendering endpoints are processed transiently over encrypted HTTPS connections and are not retained to train public third-party AI models without consent.
- Local Storage: Saved designs and generated room renders remain on your device unless you explicitly share or export them.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA SHARING
We may share limited non-sensitive information with trusted third-party service providers to enable core functionality:
- Google Cloud and Gemini AI: For processing room rendering prompts and generating room design outputs.
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing: For app distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription management.
- Analytics and Performance Services: Services such as Firebase Analytics or Google Crashlytics to monitor application performance and stability.
These third parties are contractually restricted from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
AI Room Designer offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans and free trial periods.
- All payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play.
- Subscription renewals are handled automatically according to Google Play Billing rules unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings.
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All network communications are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
- Retention: We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
