This Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Boost AI Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the AI Rocket: Clear Wave & Boost mobile application ("Application" or "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Application, and immediately delete it from your device.
The Application name may differ in various regions and is subject to modification without prior notification.
To use this Application, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years old may only use the Application under direct parental or guardian supervision and with their explicit consent.
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
You meet the age requirements stated above
You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement
You are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Application
If you are a minor, you have obtained necessary parental consent
Users under thirteen (13) years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Application.
AI Rocket: Clear Wave & Boost is a comprehensive device optimization utility that helps users:
Identify and remove duplicate photos, videos, and screenshots
Clean up redundant contacts and merge similar entries
Manage and organize media files efficiently
Free up valuable storage space on your device
Enhance overall device performance
Additional features and functionalities may be accessed through the Application interface.
Your privacy is paramount to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect your information. By using the Application, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you disagree with our Privacy Policy, please discontinue use immediately.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices you own or control.
You may not:
Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Application
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Create derivative works based on the Application
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violate any intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
When using the Application, you agree not to:
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Application
Exploit the Application for commercial purposes without authorization
Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against users who violate these conduct standards, including termination of access and legal remedies.
The Application may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.
When using features that interact with third-party services, you are responsible for complying with their terms of use and any applicable restrictions.
To use the Application effectively, you need:
A compatible iOS device running iOS 15.0 or later
Adequate storage space for Application installation
Internet connectivity for certain features
We do not guarantee compatibility with all device configurations or uninterrupted service availability. The Application may be updated periodically to maintain compatibility and add new features.
Data Sharing Authorization
By using AI Rocket: Clear Wave & Boost, you authorize us to share specific usage information with Apple Inc. solely for processing App Store refund requests.

This data sharing is exclusively for:

This authorization is independent of App Tracking Transparency and does not affect your ability to use the Application or request refunds.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Complete removal of all duplicate files or contacts
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
Protection against data loss or corruption
USE THE APPLICATION AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
We may revise this Agreement at our discretion. Updates will be posted within the Application, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes. Review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any modifications.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and remove it from your devices.
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where Boost AI Labs is established.
