Grindavik is a small island located on the edge of the map, opposite of Izolirani Island. The island is composed of two smaller islands that are connected with a road bridge.
Other than the airport, the island includes a village with some houses and a gentle hill with a ski slope.
Grindavik's highest point is 296 meters high and is located on a ridge with snow-capped mountains of relatively similar heights. This mountain is located in the north of the island, next to the base of the hangars.
