Aligning yourself with this wall on the left corner coming into the first mandatory arena, Boosted Wall Climbing will give you enough height to get onto the conveyer belt.

During the skip

After gaining the height, sometimes a second boost or air braking is necessary in order to clear the fence blocking the next part of the track.
