Our world-class career advisor team consists of 5 Non-Commissioned Officers with a collective military service time of over 60 years. With career experience ranging from the flightline to the medical clinic, the vehicle shop to the ticketing office, and everything in between.
Joining the U.S. Air Force will be the best decision you ever make, hands down. Each of our journeys began at Basic Military Training (BMT) in San Antonio, Texas followed by advanced technical training school through the Community College of the Air Force at one of the campus locations across the Air Force at your training base. (Everyone who joins the Air Force is automatically enrolled within the "CCAF", - the only military branch with an accredited community college attached).
Our team has traveled all over the globe, from the Southeastern United States, to Southwest Asia, to deployments to the Middle East, along with different European stops along the way - and that is just on the job, not to mention all of the leisure travel we have enjoyed over the past decade.
The Air Force has not only given us life experiences that could not be found anywhere else, but we have also been afforded the opportunity to further our education, (8 College Degrees between the 5 of us) and we have gained the experience that will pay dividends in a career after the Air Force - if we choose to, because we also will be able to retire before we hit age 40 - ask us about that retirement!
We want you to know that we are here to help you achieve your goals and launch into your future.

If you have a simple process it should take a few months before you ship out to basic training in San Antonio, TX. Each recruiter may run their process a little bit differently depending on the area they are assigned to.
Step 1: (stretch)
Pre-Qualify and Initial Interview
We'll go over the basics early one to make sure you are qualified for the Air Force. We will discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have (as well as bust some myths)
Step 2: (warm up)
Appointment
At this appointment, we will have you bring your required documents (ID, Birth Certificate, etc...) take practice test, and again address any questions and concerns.
We will give you a job application for you to fill out for the next appointment along with study resources for your ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) depending on your practice test score. This score will determine which of the 150+ career fields you qualify for.
Step 3: (starting line)
You will bring completed application - congratulations! This means you are officially promoted to an Applicant for the United States Air Force and Space Force!
We will review any additional forms that were discovered to be needed at the first appointment.
At this appointment, we will submit a scheduling request to the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) for your ASVAB and medical entrance physical. This is a glorified sports physical.
Step 4: (starting gun)
MEPS Physical
MEPS will be taking precautions and will be screening everyone for COVID-19 traits or exposure upon arrival
You will complete your ASVAB, (or verification test), the medical physical, and you will swear into the Delayed Entry Program (or Direwolf Enlistment Program).
Step 5: (hitting stride)
DEP
We will complete your DEP briefing to give you the rules and expectations of a Direwolf Trainee.
We will also review the jobs you are qualified for and create your preference sheet together. You can list as many career fields as you would like, a minimum of 5 must be from the 50+ high-needs job list
Step 6: (blast off)
Once a month our operations center will receive 80+ contracts for the following quarter.
The Air Force cannot reserve you a job that is not on your list.
Once you are selected and receive a ship date, we will ensure that you are as prepared as possible for BMT.
AIM HIGH!
