This Privacy Policy explains how **aicleankit** (the “App”), published by **MLEJ, LLC** under the Google Play developer name **Hassankhan**, accesses, uses, stores, shares, and protects user information.
By using aicleankit, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
## 1. Information and Permissions
### AI Chat and Photo or Video Processing
When you use the App’s AI chat, photo, or video features, the content you select or provide is processed locally on your device solely to provide the feature you requested.
- Photo Library access is requested only when you choose a photo or video for an App feature.
- AI prompts, responses, photos, and videos are not uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
- We do not use this content for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
You can revoke Photo Library access at any time through your device settings.
### Gmail Data
When you connect a Google account, aicleankit requests access through Google OAuth and the Gmail API. Depending on the permissions you approve, the App may access:
- Email metadata, including sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, labels, and folder information;
- Email categories and status, including promotional, social, spam, unread, and large-attachment messages;
- Limited message content and attachment information when necessary to identify messages or attachments for cleanup; and
- The permissions required to carry out actions you explicitly select, such as deleting, archiving, or marking messages as read.
The App accesses Gmail data only after you grant permission. Gmail data is used only to provide the Gmail organization and cleanup features visible in the App.
### Technical Information
The App may process limited technical information, such as the App version, device type, operating-system version, and performance or diagnostic information, to maintain and improve reliability. This information is not used to identify you or to profile your Gmail activity.
## 2. How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Provide AI chat, photo, and video features requested by you;
- Identify and organize Gmail messages, categories, and large attachments;
- Show cleanup recommendations;
- Perform Gmail actions that you expressly approve; and
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
We do not use Gmail data, AI content, photos, or videos for advertising, marketing, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated profiling.
## 3. Data Processing, Storage, and Retention
AI prompts, responses, photos, and videos are processed locally on your device and are not stored on our servers.
Gmail data is processed within the App on your device. The App may temporarily cache Gmail-related data on your device for up to **30 days** to provide organization and cleanup features. Cached Gmail data is deleted when the 30-day period expires, when you disconnect your Google account, when you clear the App’s data, or when you uninstall the App, whichever occurs first.
Actions you approve, such as deleting, archiving, or marking an email as read, are sent to Google through the Gmail API so that Google can apply the requested change to your Gmail account.
We do not permanently store Gmail message content on our servers.
## 4. Sharing and Transfer of Information
We do not sell personal information or Gmail data. We do not share or transfer Gmail data, AI content, photos, or videos to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing or profiling.
Gmail data is exchanged only with Google through the Gmail API as necessary to display your Gmail information and perform actions that you request.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity.
## 5. Google API Services User Data Policy
aicleankit’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing Gmail cleanup features in aicleankit;
- Google user data is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling;
- Google user data is not sold or transferred to data brokers, advertising platforms, or information resellers; and
- Humans do not read Gmail data except with the user’s affirmative consent for specific data, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
## 6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Gmail data is transmitted between the App and Google using encrypted connections.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
## 7. Your Choices and Controls
You may:
- Decline or revoke Photo Library permission through your device settings;
- Choose which Gmail actions the App performs;
- Disconnect your Google account within the App;
- Revoke aicleankit’s Google access through your [Google Account connections page](https://myaccount.google.com/connections);
- Clear locally cached information through the App or device settings; or
- Delete the App to remove its locally stored data.

## 8. Children’s Privacy
aicleankit is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
## 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law or Google policy.
