Information You Provide: Uploaded Chat Data, any chat files or screenshots you choose to upload for analysis, and Support Requests, if you contact us via email, we may collect your name, email address, and details of your request to provide assistance.
Information Collected Automatically: Device Information such as device model, operating system version, and app version to optimize the app experience, and Usage Analytics, anonymous usage data to understand which app features are most useful and to improve performance.
